Curriculum: "Giant Sequoias" from Save the Redwoods League

Save the Redwoods League is offering "Giant Sequoias," a new series of educational materials aimed at K-12 students.

Giant Sequoias includes lessons like, "What's the Biggest Tree You've Ever Seen?" (K-2 ) and "Have You Ever Seen Something Thousands of Years Old That's STill Alive?" (6-8).

Save the Redwoods also offers a variety of information and resources for redwood ecosystems education, including a classroom poster, reading lists, other downloadable lessons, and a teacher's guide to redwood field trips.
